The Rolf Method of Structural Integration
Structural Integration (SI) seeks optimal wholeness, wellness, function and mobility in the body. Let Molly re-educate your body and raise your awareness to reach harmony within the field of gravity.
What is Structural Integration?
Structural Integration isn’t your average massage. The Rolf Method of Structural Integration is a holistic approach to bodywork developed in 1971 by biochemist Dr. Ida Rolf, designed to build supportive connections throughout the entire connective tissue system. Through individual sessions or a Ten Session Series, clients find equilibrium and ease.
Ease Pain
The Rolf Method focuses on the fascia — the connective tissue that connects everything in our body, weaving through our muscles, organs, bones, blood vessels, tendons, ligaments, and nerve fibers.
Increase Athletic Performance
Structural Integration enhances strength and flexibility, helping the physically active avoid injuries and recover faster. Whether you’re a pro or enjoy weekend activities with friends, SI is effective self care.
Feel More Freedom in Your Body
The Rolf Method of Structural Integration is a somatic practice utilizing fascial manipulation, awareness, and movement education to promote freedom in the body and improve overall health and wellbeing.
Who benefits from Structural Integration?
Whether you’re a student athlete or work at a desk all day, anyone can benefit from Structural Integration therapy. Structural Integration benefits people of all ages with varying conditions, and can assist with:
Athletic performance
Childhood development
Chronic pain/tension
Scoliosis/postural problems
Recovery from surgery/injury
Mental/emotional wellness
Overall health
